Stephanie Monohan is an illustrator and musician living in Brooklyn, NY. Her work explores dark thoughts, youth, and esoteric subject matter with Romantic and Gothic elements mixed with pops of color. She is influenced by horror films, the occult, and the occasional cute anime girl, and she enjoys portraying the eldritch lurking within the mundane and interior lives. Her work has appeared on Shudder, Noisey, Motherboard, The Toast, and Quaint Magazine, as well as on album covers and concert flyers around town.

She also collaborates with other children of the night on the spoken-word horror cassette label, Heinous Materials, and with the nice punks on Mirror Universe / Serenity Now Tapes
